Pick Up & Delivery

All of our furniture is handmade to order.  Our standard items have a 7 - 10 day turnaround from receipt of 50% deposit.

Savoy Truffle offers several options for you to receive your furniture:

1.  Collection
Once your furniture is made we will contact you by email to confirm you can arrange to collect it.  The Savoy Truffle Workshop in Stapylton is by appointment only - it is not always staffed.  Please contact Savoy Truffle to arrange a suitable day and time for collection.  Please note this is a workshop not a showroom! Collections are strictly by prior appointment.

2.  Local Delivery
Savoy Truffle can provide a local delivery service for your gorgeous furniture within the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Redlands, Ipswich, Logan, Toowoomba, Scenic Rim and Sunshine Coast areas. Please email savoytrufflefurniture@gmail.com with your SUBURB for a delivery quote.

3.  National Freight with our preferred National Removalists company
All furniture can be freighted within Australia - from Tasmania to Cairns! If require a freight cost then please email your POSTCODE and SUBURB, along with details of your choice of furniture to:savoytrufflefurniture@gmail.com

Please remember our furniture is HEAVY!  Freight options are NOT cheap!

We use an experienced National Removalists firm for larger items such as dining tables and multiple or large commercial quantities.  They offer a great service and will deliver the items in to your home.

Refunds and Returns Policy

All of our Savoy Truffle handmade furniture is built from new pine and each one has its own rustic characteristics and unique grain pattern.  Our furniture must meet our 20 point checklist before being able to leave our premises.  We will not sell furniture that we would not buy from a shop ourselves!

In the extremely unlikely event that you are unhappy with an aspect of your furniture then please let us know and we will try to rectify the problem!
