An order confirmation email will be sent to you along with an electronic invoice. 50% deposit is required to confirm your order and the remaining balance is to be paid on completion of item, prior to despatch.
We accept credit cards/bank transfer as payment and you will receive a payment receipt.
Turnaround is usually 7 - 10 days from receipt of 50% deposit for our standard items and you will be emailed prior to your item being finished so that you can work out pick up/whether you would like delivery etc.
These items are custom made to order for you. If you change your mind after you have paid your deposit and your item has been manufactured but you no longer wish to proceed then a 75% admin charge from your deposit will be forfeited.
